ABOUT ME
Through four years of personal therapy before I started my professional qualifications, the relationship that I had with my therapist that offered me an insight into the Humanistic and Integrative approach, changing my behaviour and perspective of life to a positive one and understanding the relationship between two people and how it is the core of the work as a therapist.
Following my personal journey with therapy,I now have a BSc (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy degree, completed at The Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute in Nottinghamshire.
